1. What types of musical instruments do you sell?

We offer a wide range of instruments, including guitars, pianos, drums, violins, woodwinds, brass, and percussion. We also carry accessories like strings, picks, and sheet music.

2. Are all your instruments new? 

All of our instruments are brand new. If we do carry any used or display models, they will be clearly marked as such in the product description.

3. Do you test instruments before shipping? 

Yes, our expert technicians inspect and test every instrument before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards and is properly set up.

4. Can I return an instrument if I don't like it? 

Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy on new instruments in their original condition. The instrument must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and free gifts if applicable.

5. What warranty do your instruments come with? 

All of our instruments come with their manufacturer's warranty typically ranging from 1 to 3 years. Specific warranty terms vary by brand.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for unused instruments in their original condition. Please visit our Returns Page for instructions on how to process a return.

7. Do you offer instrument repairs or maintenance services?

We do not provide repair services directly, but we can recommend trusted local technicians or send your instrument to authorized repair centers. Contact our Customer Support for recommendations in your area.

8. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or schools?

Yes, we provide special pricing for bulk orders and educational institutions. Please contact our sales team at sales@musicalinstrumentwarehouse.com for a quote.

9. How long does shipping take? 

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US.

10. Do you offer free shipping? 

We offer free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight/size of the items. Some shipping charges might be a fixed charge regardless of the location.

11. Do you ship internationally?

No.

12. Can I track my order? 

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can directly go to the shipping vendor website to track the item.

No.

14. Can you order an instrument that's not currently in stock? 

Yes, we can special order instruments for you. Contact our sales team for pricing and estimated delivery times.

15. Do you buy used instruments? 

Yes, we occasionally buy quality used instruments. Contact us with details about your instrument, including photos and any repair history.

20. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing through our partner services for qualifying purchases.

18. Do you offer financing options? 

Yes, we offer financing through Shop for purchases. Terms range from 6-48 months with approved credit.

19. Is my payment information secure? 

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We are PCI compliant and regularly undergo security audits.

20. How do I create an account? 

At this time we don’t offer creation of an individual account. If we do get enough request then we will provide a way to create an account. Please email support@musicalinstrumentwarehouse to request for an account.

We don’t have a physical location at this time for you to visit. We directly ship from our warehouses that are located in different states.
